Alex Rider: Point Blanc

The Alex Rider series began as a 14 year old boy named Alex Rider, who lives in London with his uncle because his parents were killed... Later on in the first book, he notices something strange about his uncle and what he does for a living, he has tried to ask him many times, but he always said that he worked for the Royal and General bank. That is all about to change with the sudden death of his beloved uncle...


This series was recommended to me by my school librarian because I was really in need of a book.
This book is a mystery and mostly suspense, it is not all that boring or anything,  I think that this book is really suspenseful, and gets you thinking what is going to happen to this 14 year old kid, who was recruited by M16. This series will open your eyes on a whole new adventure other than any of the other suspense books.

I really love this book, although it didn't seem very good at the beginning. Every book that Anthony Horowitz has written for this series is always full of action, almost everything is described in detail. This series is just like watching an imaginary movie in your mind, not real life.
